Monthly Subscription Add-Ons
Every Integration and EPAY App add-on, grouped into ~30-day billing cycles. EPAY POS only.
Each period runs the 25th through the 24th of the following month (~30–31 days). A subscription counts toward whichever period it was added in — including ones already on an account before this report existed, which land in the first period after they were added.
Add-ons in this period
| Business | Type | Category | Subscription | Price | Date added |
|---|
Collections
Accounts flagged as in collections, with a unit/system that needs to be returned. Both brands.
Rolling 30-day windows — each period is the 30 days ending on the date shown. An account counts toward whichever period it was first marked in collections.

Lending Leads
A simpler pipeline for business lending/MCA leads — separate from the EPAY POS Leads tab.
Sent for Signature

Marketing Materials
One page per product, holding the brochure, spec sheet, rate card and anything else worth putting in front of a merchant. Everyone can open these; staff keep them current.
EPAY Back End
The operational side of EPAY POS, alongside the CRM rather than in a separate tool. Nothing in here yet.

Setup
Which merchants are ready to open, and what is holding up the ones that are not.
Billing
What EPAY charges a merchant for the software, and what they have paid.
Coming soon
Software billing for merchants — what each account is charged, on what plan, and what has been collected. Not built yet. Card processing fees are a separate thing and come from the processor, not from here.
Boarding tasks
Getting merchants from signed to taking cards. The same tasks as the CRM's Tasks page, filed under Boarding.
EPAY subscription editing
What EPAY charges for a plan and for each add-on. Changing a price here changes what a new agreement quotes — it does not change what anybody is already on.
Referral offer
What EPAY pays a merchant for sending another business. Every merchant portal reads this.
Offers
Draft as many as you like. The published one is what every merchant portal reads.Merchants
Every business running on EPAY POS — their edition, their rate and the hardware in the shop.

Invoicing

Coming soon
Nothing to do here yet. This is where invoices will be raised, sent and tracked once it is built.
Billing
What we charge on an ongoing basis, and the cards and accounts behind it.
Coming soon
Nothing to do here yet. Recurring charges, payment methods and billing history will live here once it is built.
Internal Sales Team
Our own sales people — what they are paid, who they report to, and what they can see. Everyone here is a CRM login, so leads, cold leads and tasks can be assigned straight to them.

AI Lead Scraper
Search and enrich candidates offline with Claude, review them, then push the ones you want. Admin only · EPAY POS only.
Search criteria
This demo runs on sample results. Live scraping needs a backend endpoint that holds your Claude API key server-side (never in this front-end file) and does the actual web research and enrichment — this panel is the interface for reviewing and approving what it finds. The cost estimate above is a rough planning number, not a guarantee — real usage depends heavily on how hard a lead is to find.

Cold Email
Track Instantly outreach and auto-create Cold Leads (warm) when a prospect replies. Admin only · EPAY POS only.
Outreach contacts
| Business / contact | Campaign | Status | Last event | Cold lead |
|---|
This demo runs on sample outreach data. A live version needs a backend endpoint that receives Instantly's webhooks (reply_received, lead_meeting_booked, etc. — available on Instantly's Hypergrowth plan and up) and calls this same conversion logic server-side — same pattern as the website application sync and the AI Lead Scraper.
Newsletter
Build from a template, write it (or have AI draft it), pick who gets it, and send now or schedule it.
Templates
Compose
This drafts a starting point from a simulated writer — worth a human read-through before sending. Real AI generation needs a backend endpoint holding the API key; see note in Settings → Integrations.
Scheduled
| Subject | Scheduled for | Recipients |

Scheduled sends fire when someone has this portal open at or after the scheduled time — a real launch needs a backend scheduled job so this works even with no one logged in. See the migration checklist.
